Ritvika Chandra

​Ritvika has over a decade of experience as a digital consultant. She uses her expertise, which is leveraging digital advertising and AI/analytics, for Democratic causes and candidates. Being an immigrant herself, her passion for Democratic politics led her to run paid digital comms for campaigns after years of practicing best-in-class techniques in the use of big data, microtargeting, and digital media execution at companies including comScore and Resonate.
Her client portfolio ranges from political clients (IE’s and candidates), public affairs firms, and grassroots agencies, to consumer ad agencies and brands. She has worked on a strong portfolio of consumer clients ranging from Fortune 1000 companies (Amazon, Microsoft, E*TRADE, Universal Studios, T. Rowe Price), media ad agencies, and media publishers (A&E Networks, NBCUniversal). While managing multi-million dollar budgets in digital advertising for consumer clients and helping her political clients win hundreds of races. She has the well-earned reputation of knowing exactly what strategies and tactics to deploy, regardless of the objective, to ultimately succeed.
Born in the United Arab Emirates and of Indian heritage, Ritvika came to the United States in pursuit of a better future for herself. She thrives on the opportunity to help other women be successful in their careers. Hannah Litchman

Hannah is a paid digital media strategist with extensive experience in political campaigns. Most recently, she served as Deputy Digital Director on the DCCC IE, where she led digital paid media campaigns and creative strategy across multiple battleground congressional districts. Prior to that, Hannah worked at A|L Media Strategy, overseeing creative and millions in digital and linear media buys for high-profile national political clients. She is passionate about electing Democrats up and down the ballot and thinking about ways in which we can use digital to authentically reach voters where they are at.
